  Rule 1

Refund
Sorry to notify that refund is not available for all our shop items as those are for wearing products for animal.  Please carefully order.  Only in the case that ordered(paid) items are in shortage due to unexpected reason, so it requires much longer delivery time or unavailable to supply, we notify customer first, and make refund in customer's consent.      

Rule 2

Exchange
All our necklaces in our shop display their chain size.  Only for some special cases that size of ordered item is quite not fit to your puppy or impossible to adjust, so customer cannot use entirely, you can request exchange.  Return shipping fee(Customer→Stellarpup→Customer) must be prepaid by paypal
at customer's expense.  

Rule 3

Damage
To avoid any damage of products We do manually 100% quality inspection right before shipping.  In case of damage by carrier's careless handle, it will be replaced to exchange at free shipping fee after inspection of USPS insurance team.
